Muze @ PICC recently welcomed members of the media for an exclusive tour, two years 

after obtaining its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). 

Towering as the tallest smart residential building in Northern Malaysia, Muze @ PICC

anticipated Penang Light Rail Transit (LRT) in the pipeline, PICC is set to become one of

LRT station. 

Muze @ PICC has seen an incredible response so far, with almost 90% of its units taken 

up. Around 65% of homeowners are local Malaysians, mainly young families who have
